We have just secured a hotel block with Hilton Garden Inn Chicago (245 S Franklin Chicago, IL 60606) conveniently located near the conference venue ($299/night). Book your lodging at our block of rooms at Hilton Garden Inn Chicago using this link.
Remember that lodging is not included in your conference registration. You will need to book your own lodging, whether at our block of rooms at Hilton Garden Inn Chicago or at a hotel of your choice.
Booking Information:
- Room block dates are Thursday 9/12 to Sunday 9/15
- Reservation MUST be made by August 30th, 2024
- Check in time is no earlier than 3:00 PM CST and check-out time is no later than 11:00 AM CST
- Late check- out requests will be based upon availability at the Hotel’s sole discretion and may be subject to additional charges.
- Billing/Deposit Requirements: Attendees are responsible for their own room, tax, and incidental charges. All reservations must be guaranteed by credit card at the point of booking. A method of payment will be requested upon arrival for all charges.
