Our registration starts at $275 per person and USFWC members are eligible for an $85 discount for each attendee. Lunch each day is included with registration. The USFWC centers the leadership of workers from democratic workplaces and of historically marginalized communities; especially leadership of color and leaders from low-income and immigrant communities. We work to make the conference financially accessible by providing full and partial Registration Scholarships as well as a limited number of Housing Stipends for participants who have financial need.
Scholarships are limited. Housing Stipends are very limited and are reserved for people with high need. We encourage you to apply by July 10 to maximize your chances and to give yourself time to book affordable travel. If you have questions about the scholarship process please email conference@usworker.coop.
To apply for a scholarship, just fill out the conference registration form. There is a section you can fill out to indicate your eligibility. Your registration will be considered “pending” until a decision is made about your scholarship. Scholarships and stipends will granted in two rounds:
-
- Round 1: Submit by July 10, get notified of decision by July 17
- Round 2: Submit during July 11 – August 3, get notified of decision by August 9.
- After August 5, we cannot accept new scholarship applications.
Once we notify you of the decision, you will be asked to complete an acceptance form and/or pay the balance you owe on registration. Please watch for our scholarship notification email around July 17 or August 9 with instructions to finalize your registration. If you are given a scholarship and do not claim it by the deadline, it will be given to someone else.
