Are you a worker owner looking to build up your skills, or network with cooperators? As we continue to support local events this year, the USFWC is proud to share a new program to invest in worker co-op leadership: the Principle 5 Scholarship Program.
Co-op Principle 5 underscores the need for education, training, and sharing of information among cooperators. Our movement is stronger when worker-owners share their wisdom and ask for support from others in their ecosystem. However, it can be expensive to attend events. That’s why we are offering scholarships to members, with a priority on Black and Spanish-speaking worker-owners, to increase our members’ access to their regional ecosystems.
The USFWC has a limited budget to offset the cost of registration and/or housing for USFWC members. We’ve opened scholarship requests to help send worker-owners to local events.
Please fill out this form to request a scholarship to an event of your choice. We estimate it will take 10 minutes to complete. We’ll try to get back to you at the email provided within two weeks. Reach out to conference@usworker.coop with any questions.
